Privacy & prototype information
Framecause is an early, unregistered project developing a documentary production workspace. Framecause Studio is a free browser prototype. It is not a commercially launched service.
Your prototype data
Studio saves your project in this browser's local storage, if available. It does not upload projects to a Framecause server or send them to an AI provider. Other people using the same browser profile may be able to access the saved project. Clearing browser data can remove it. Export a JSON backup to keep a copy. Avoid adding sensitive or confidential material.
AI and editorial review
The prototype has no Claude API integration and does not generate, verify, or fact-check content. Sample scenes are illustrative planning examples. Review labels are manual organizational markers, not independent factual verification. AI-assisted product features are planned and not yet available.
Website connections
This site has no analytics code, advertising trackers, contact forms, or video embeds. Its host may process routine connection information to deliver and protect the website. Documentary thumbnails load from YouTube's image servers, which may receive connection information such as your IP address. Clicking YouTube links opens that service under its own privacy policies.
Sample downloads
Sample resources are static files downloaded to your device. No email address, account, or payment is requested. The samples demonstrate the intended product format; they are not a paid edition. They do not provide automated verification or legal clearance.
